Successful candidate will coordinate the team to attain effective product control and valuation control. You need to have sound knowledge on different financial products such as equities, fixed income products, derivatives, convertible bonds, preferred shares, etc.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform price verification on trading inventories;
  • Responsible for daily valuation and verification, P&L analysis and position reconciliation;
  • Prepare daily P&L's for trading desks, involving pricing reviews to ensure reasonable valuation of inventory, and substantial use of the firm's accounting systems;
  • Montior trading activities and report for unusal activities; 
  • Work closely with front office staff and senior management to ensure timely communication ; 
  • Participate in ad hoc projects

Key requirements:

  • Degree in Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines, preferably with professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CFA, FRM)
  • 5 years of  relevant working experience in fields related to financial products and/or treasury products
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English 
  • Excellent PC skills and highly numerate
  • Proficiency in financial instruments & market operations
  • Sound knowledge on accounting standards and financial instruments
  • Independent, strong analytical abilities and communication skill, good time management and high attention to details
