As part of their continued expansion, they are looking to add an additional headcount into their Finance Team. The role will support 10 entities across the region with Payroll (50%), General Accounting (40%) and Projects (10% - this will grow over time). This candidate will take ownership of the payroll function from HR and act as the process owner and perform oversight on their external payroll provider - this will include being involved in designing process flow and continuous improvement. It will also support all accounting functions across the region.
This is a great opportunity for a Finance Associate/Manager to join an exciting Fintech business with a great company culture (standard Ping Pong/Bean Bags/Breakout area) that is currently transitioning between "start-up" and MNC.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in both an established business and a growing firm (although not a must if can demonstrate a flexible working style) and will have strong knowledge of payroll and general accounting.
