* Strategic direction, planning, budgeting and performance management of Commercial Banking Segment HK & GCNA:

We are currently looking for Finance Manager, CB, HK & GCNA (Direct Contract)



* Add value to the strategic direction, planning, budgeting and performance management of Commercial Banking Segment HK & GCNA:
* Provide objective and in-depth analysis to business for decision marking/ strategy setting
* Help the Biz on progress and performance tracking, provide advice where necessary
* Understand the entire financial process and take responsibility of the data integrity to ensure the corporation's financial records are reliable for preparing financial statements and management performance reports
* Design and coordinate the planning, forecasting and reporting process
* Understand, participate and provide feedbacks on new or revised financial policy or systems as when required

* Drive the performance management process through the provision of timely, accurate & forward looking analysis and proactive engagement with biz. Lead the performance reviews together with biz heads to achieve the performance targets
* Work closely with Biz in firming up the HK and GCNA overall strategy as well as the subsequent performance monitoring/ tracking
* Overseeing the HK CB lending; work with Biz to provide monthly flash and any forecasting/ budgeting on lending management book or financial book as when required.
* Provide advice, commentary and guidance on business issues and compliance with regulatory and accounting requirements
* Establish partnering relationship with HK & GCNA Biz. Maintain effective communication with Group & Country Biz Finance teams and Product Finance teams to improve collaboration & alignment
* Manage the timeliness and quality of deliverables from colleague in FSSC by providing clear guidelines and maintaining good working relationship with the team
* Understand, participate and provide feedbacks on new or revised financial policy or systems; communicate the changes to relevant stakeholders
* Understand the internal and operating controls surrounding the financial process to ensure the quality and integrity of financial data are properly captured and reported
* Manage and coordinate the HK and GCNA planning and forecasting process
* Provide supports to internal/external auditors and regulatory examiners
* Understand and comply with applicable laws and regulations, the Groups policies, procedures and the Group Code of Conduct. Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk and compliance matters. Contribute to a culture in which all stakeholders feel safe to raise concerns and where risk and compliance matters are addressed and misconduct appropriately dealt with.
