Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Systems & Transformation Lead to drive our global finance technology roadmap. This role bridges the gap between IT and Finance, leading end-to-end global ERP implementations, SaaS modernizations, process standardizations, and digital innovations (including AI automation).

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of Financial Management System (FMS) project rollout across APAC.
• Conduct comprehensive requirement-gathering workshops and prepar functional design documents in alignment with accounting policies and standards.
• Develop end-user training materials and provide training to ensure successful launch of FMS.
• Resolve system issues and errors and ensure sustained operation & continuous improvement.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance of FMS, and conduct quality control measures to reduce error rate and improve existing procedures.
• Collaborate and coordinate with technical teams on seamless integration and protection of financial data.
• Drive continuous system implementation, develop and maintain financial reports to effectively streamline financial management process.
• Identify workflow automation opportunities, leveraging AI/Agentic AI capabilities to streamline finance processes, elevate reporting quality, and deliver scalable business use cases.

Requirement:

• Education: Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications: Professional accounting credentials (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CA) are highly desirable; certifications in agile/ hybrid delivery methodologies or project oversight (PMP/ Scrum Master) are an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 5 to 10+ years of track record in large scale branded financial systems implementation, SaaS migrations, or large-scale digital ERP transformations, ideally within complex multinational environments.

Functional & Technical Competencies

• Platform Exposure: Expertise in large scale branded Financial Management System (best preferred SAP FI/CO) OR specialized finance engines (e.g., Infor SunSystems).
• Core Accounting Knowledge: Deep functional mastery of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Costing, Cash Management, Budgeting, and Financial Consolidation.
• Technical Interface Skills: Practical understanding of system integration architecture, API connectors, middleware platforms, and data migration tools.

Leadership & Personal Attributes

• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to bridge between multiple and cross-regional business stakeholders, technical teams and vendors.
• Structured problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset, capable of navigating multi-project priorities in a fast-moving landscape.
• Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required.
