• Marketing fixed income products to achieve customer franchise revenue with qualitative target • Require excellent communication to guide and communicate ideas to clients in the matters of market updates, trade ideas or operational matters • A great team player who devoted to teamworks and cope with situations • Flow Team’s coverage expansion: Flow Credit and Corporate for HK and SEA, with relationship built with clients in SEA, corporate marketing and structuring • Product coverage: Credit 50% + Rate 50%; Flow 50% + Structure 50% • Client’s coverage: Hong Kong / SEA clients. FI clients 40% + Corporate clients 60%

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate franchise from marketing Fixed Income Flow products to customers
  • Deliver ideas and trade recommendations; whilst providing the professional level of execution service and advice
  • Distribute primary new issuances and well manage secondary transactions with clients  
  • Monitor and manage existing collateral positions against clients and (e.q. Repo, financing) 
  • Responsible for client penetration across the entirety of fixed income product offering
  • Responsible for ensuring seamless execution, booking and overall transaction management
  • Improve FI Flow business among Asian clients for BBVA
  • Strengthen and professionally maintain existing highly sophisticated clients of BBVA
  • Knowledgeable of assisting businesses deriving out of corporate clients/GM business linkage

Job Specifications

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor degree
  • Experience in trading , credit sales, structuring
  • 4 to 7 years in the market
  • Have experience covering Hong Kong and SEA corporate clients
  • Have a rate and credit product knowledge (Flow and Structured)

Knowledge & Skills

  • PC literacy (Microsoft Office including word, excel and powerpoint)
  • Bloomberg, Reuters, & Option pricing literacy

Language

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Other Skills (e.g. Interpersonal, Communication etc)

  • Comprehensive knowledge & skills on Global Markets products
  • Able to generate optimal outcome using cross-cultural advantages, language proficiency, and multi-functionality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A loyal and sincere team-worker
  • Accommodative in internal coordination with business stakeholders and colleagues
  • Devoted client-focus and managements accommodating various client segments and characters
  • Well-organized and meticulous in details
  • Ability to work under pressure in various circumstances
