Our client is a Global Asset Management fund with a strong presence in Asia. They are currently looking for an Front Office Application Support Analyst to join their firm in Hong Kong.

The primary task for this role is to provide direct day-to-day service to the local office users by investigating and resolving problems and by providing information about the application and system. Application Support will do this in close collaboration with regional/global support teams. You will act as the first point of support for system incidents including trading, applications, and you'll provide Market Data service support and document requests for trading tool enhancements.

To be considered, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with strong academic results of at least GPA 3.2/4.0. You must have a strong understanding of market structure and trading systems in domestic and international markets, good understanding of FIX messaging and connectivity, Bloomberg and Reuters, OMS/EMS, and aware of equity market trading flows. Excellent communication skills in English are a must.
