You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day fund operations while driving automation, workflow optimization, and process improvement initiatives across the platform. Working closely with senior stakeholders and business teams, you will help enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and execution of strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the day-to-day operational management of the firm across investment, finance, legal, compliance, and external service providers.
2. Partner with Fund Operations, Fund Accounting, and Trading teams to support daily fund activities and ensure regulatory and operational compliance.
3. Drive process improvement, automation, and workflow optimization initiatives.
4. Identify automation opportunities and implement practical operational solutions across the business.
5. Leverage data and AI tools to streamline processes and enhance management reporting.
6. Support fund launches, investor onboarding, capital activity, and ongoing fund operations.
7. Coordinate key business initiatives and manage relationships with external service providers.

Requirements

1. Over 3 years of experience driving system automation, workflow optimization, and process improvement initiatives across fund operations and fund accounting functions.
2. Solution-oriented and growth mindset, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive change across teams.
3. Comfortable leading initiatives from concept through implementation.
4. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5. Interest in leveraging technology, data, and AI to enhance workflows and scalability
6. Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
