Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities - Perform customer service requests and provide teller terminal support to Operations Teams
- Perform the securities trading day-begin and day-end processing, cash settlement and manual trade processing
- Reconcile the transaction amount in Finacle after cash settlement and service request execution
- Support securities trading tasks including stock profile update, brokerage fee setting, channel brokerage maintenance, stock creation in the Master of New IPO, corporate actions update in system, inquiries from regulatory bodies &from other parties, and contract note printing and maildrop
- Consolidate CCASS physical stock in/out & parallel trade corporate action to WMO
- Support daily control checking on temporary credit line increase, the change of internet account limit, credit card re-age and voice log checking
- Handle the SMS blasting to credit cardholders
- Maintain and monitor the stock keeping of cash coupons pool
Requirements: - HKDSE or HKAL level
- Experienced in Banking, Credit Card & Securities Trading Operation
- Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese
- Required to work on Saturdays
