We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Global Head of Product Management.

Principal responsibilities

  • Establish a global standard Product Management practice based on industry and commercial best practices to drive a consistent and effective manner in both commercial and technical management of all products designed, built, deployed and operated by Global Utilities.
  • Lead and provide guidance to all product managers in various DevOps POD's, in driving product strategies that is consistent with strategic demands, and Global Utilities technology directions.
  • Provide Global product management oversight of all Utilities Products of the design, build, deploy and operate stages of the product lifecycle by working in collaboration with the Global Heads of Solution Architecture, Product Engineering, Service Implementation, Service Support and Production Support.
  • Facilitate external marketing and technical communication based on well published information such as Product and Services, Product roadmaps, design information.
  • Manage and coordinate external stakeholders including the business product owners of our DevOps products, consumers or users of our product in other partner IT teams.
  • Ensure commercial viability and advantage of all Utilities inhouse built and externally acquired products.
  • Work in collaboration with Global Head of Solution Architecture to ensure the architecture design of all products conforms to the Banks strategic architecture.
  • Manage external product vendors in aspects of strategic and contractual relationship and work with internal partners such as Procurement in these aspects.
  • Implement product Target Operating Model for each key product that defines the skills, resources and structure to support a product globally.
  • Report to the Global Head of Utilities, serve as a Global Management Committee


Qualifications
Requirements
  • University degree in computer science, IT or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in dealing with business in agile or devops manner.
  • Proven experience in managing or coordinating system development projects.
  • Experience in delivering projects in one or more of the following domains an advantage, that includes workflow, document imaging, outbound customer communications and document management.
  • Experience in Operations domain is an advantage.
  • Project Management Professional certification is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation, project management and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple technical projects.
  • Able to work effectively with teams in multiple locations or countries.
  • Strong navigation skills and ability to understand business requirements.
  • Sensitive to numbers from a business perspective.
  • Strong self motivation and sense of responsibility.
