We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Associate Director, Equity Derivatives Structuring .

Principal responsibilities

  • The role holder will join the Asia Structuring team to work on Hybrid structuring for Asia clients, capital and regulatory solutions for the institutional business and Big Data Analytics across businesses to leverage and monetize the information from digital channels.
  • Responsible for transaction management and execution. Involved in devising transaction terms, creating marketing materials, obtaining internal approvals, preparing deal documentation, obtaining ratings, pricing, execution of deals and coordinating settlements.
  • Acts as product expert, providing technical expertise and education to marketing staff and clients.
  • Aims to develop an understanding of relevant market fundamentals or drivers and will learn to apply these when assessing the economic value and trading principles behind certain structures and trade ideas.
  • Follows pricing and technical developments in relevant financial markets and can articulate views on these markets

Requirements
  • Previous experience working in Global Markets and demonstrable ability to deliver within a matrix structure.
  • Strong risk management skills.
  • Excellent quantitative background.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Degree holder, preferably with a professional qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work effectively with senior business management across business lines and geographies.
