The right incumbent is expected to be responsible, under direction, for all-round supporting on various HR related functions.

Job Description:

The right incumbent is expected to be responsible, under direction, for all-round supporting on various HR related functions. The duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take this job include, but not limit to:

 

  • Schedule and coordinate interview arrangements with counterparts
  • Maintain and update interview pipeline information
  • Conduct and coordinate employee check-in & check-out process
  • Assist in on-boarding arrangements and induction for new joiners
  • Work closely with internal departments and counterparts in training and seminar coordination
  • Assist in enrollment, termination and forms submission of group insurance, rental reimbursement scheme and pension scheme
  • Review and approve staff’s benefit claims based on corporate policy
  • Assist in preparation of various HR reports and analysis
  • Prepare various HR documents for staff and other internal clients
  • Gather information on legislations changes in relevant jurisdictions which are related to HR
  • Prepare payment requisitions for settlement of invoices and claims
  • File and maintain the employee’s documents
  • Work on ad hoc tasks as assigned

Core Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree holder
  • 1 year relevant working experience
