Our client is a leading global Asset Manager with an unparalleled reputation across global markets and a well-established presence in Asia. With additional growth planned, the need has arisen to recruit a HR Business Partner professional of the highest caliber, to join their team in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the Regional Head of HR this role will act as the interface to the business and stakeholders with a wide variety of business partnering responsibilities for the Group. You will be hands-on and work to support the organisation on the entire spectrum of HR areas including recruitment, employee relations, talent and performance managements, C&B as well as to take part in regional HR projects. It is critical to always act in a commercially oriented and advisory capacity providing advice to stakeholders, as well as consulting on a wide range of policies and projects. You will need to liaise extensively with the business to understand their needs and deliver innovative and practical solutions, leveraging off global initiatives and liaising across divisions within the region.
The successful candidate will have broad HR experience gained within the financial services industry, and a proven ability to work across multiple geographies (including China) and client groups. You must be able to create strong partnerships quickly and be able to influence, inspire and challenge.You will have a 'hands-on' and results orientated approach, excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of initiative. Above all, you must have the maturity, credibility and drive to succeed in this role. Bilingual proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a prerequisite.
