To work closely with Capgemini colleagues and clients, as a key member of the project and program team typically within or associated with a consulting or delivery engagement. Projects may contain a blend of Capgemini, client and contract staff and include a range of different stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting HRBP, APAC on the execution and delivery of efficient and effective HR solutions. This includes, but is not limited to Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, On-boarding and Global Mobility.
  • Provide support in new / landed employees on-boarding process, induction program and off-boarding process
  • Provide employee relations expertise and policy interpretation to the business unit
  • Formulate, implement and review HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare employment related documents and process work / travel visa applications, if necessary
  • Prepare various periodic statistical and analysis reports
  • Timely updates of the HR Information system and maintenance of personal files
  • Provide support in assigned HR initiatives and related ad hoc projects
  • Liaison with other Asia offices on HR projects


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Possess at least 2 – 5 years of experience as a HR Generalist in Professional or IT Services firm preferred
  • With good knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance and HR Practices
  •  Strong organization skills and numerical sense
  • Outstanding written and verbal English, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working within a global organization
  • Ability to handle a high level of confidentiality, discretion and sensitivity regarding employee information
  • High level of EQ, integrity, compliance and professionalism
  • Proficient in MS Office Application and payroll system
  • Proven ability to manage demanding workload and conflicting priorities and meeting deadlines
