A small-to-medium Hong Kong based investment firm located in a convenient location in Hong Kong is seeking for HR Manager to join their growing organization. This will be a great opportunity for those who have experience in handling HR generalist duties and would like to step up to a management level and take part in making strategic decisions to assist in the shaping of this fast growing company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Revamp and implement HR policies and protocols of the company
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment for Hong Kong and manage relationships with recruitment agencies
  • Manage payroll process with external payroll vendor
  • Develop and manage relationships with insurance brokers
  • Be an advisor to senior management on HR affairs and assist in formalizing and updating organizational charts
  • Handle staff visa applications
  • Prepare periodic reports and statistics of recruitment and staff development plans
  • Benchmark compensation levels
  • Administer compensation and benefits program
  • Ensure adherence to employment law and compliance to regulatory concerns
  • Develop and monitor a positive company culture in collaboration with senior management
  • Plan and implement employee relations events such as team building programs and annual events

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, business or related discipline
  • 6-7 years of HR experience in Financial Services
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Experience in revamping and implementing HR polices
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong employment law and practices
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, cheerful, independent and proven ability to work within a dynamic work environment
