This is a very exciting and strategic C&B opportunity for a high calibre candidate:

  • Handle full-spectrum of C&B duties to meet business strategy locally and across the Region
  • Lead and develop the C&B specialist to monitor and coordinate all C&B related duties, to ensure one stop HR service delivery to the business in alignment with C&B framework and policies
  • Design and enhance incentive programs; continuously refine the salary and bonus review exercise to ensure the reward system reflects its pay-for-performance philosophy
  • Review and improve the C&B structure and polices, including review cycles, Performance Management, incentives schemes design, Job Grading, to Benefits Review for the region
  • Handle the share and option plans
  • Direct and control the review, development, implementation and communication of rewards strategy and policies; oversee all other HR policies update
  • Set the objectives and provide clear guidelines in managing the daily service in all C&B areas and drive continuous improvements to the function
  • Review and improve HR Services model, including MPF, leave, taxation, payroll, benefits & medical administration, employee communication, hiring/termination processing etc.
  • Partner closely with HRBP's and business leaders to support on all C&B projects and initiatives
  • Undertake special projects including partnering with line management to set up new ventures

 

Requirements
 

  • Graduate in Human Resources, Finance or relevant degree
  • At least 10+ years of progressive regional Human Resources experience primarily in the area of compensation (solid understanding of incentive schemes structure, payroll, taxation, benefits, salary benchmarking, etc)
  • Experience in Financial Institutions or listed company is highly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulation and relevant regulations, knowledge of labour laws of APAC countries is a plus
  • Experience using HRIS systems, high proficiency in MS Office with analytical mindset
