- Head up the Digital Acquisition & MarTech function to drive all business targets across Consumer Banking
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Retargeting, Programmatic Buy, Network Buy, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) campaign management, tagging, Marketing Technology (MarTech) etc
- Work closely with Regional Marketing team on MarTech, Marketing Program Proposal (MPP) process, Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget management
- Performance Marketing agency management
- To co-own and achieve annual digital acquisition targets with various Product teams
- Be the "Person in Charge" from Marketing to jointly lead all the MarTech projects together with Regional MarTech and local Business Analystics, Product and Digital teams.
- Manage "Return On Marketing Investment" tracking mechanism, ensure timely tracking and reporting
- Manage A&P for Consumer Banking Group, ensure all expense items are within budget & documented
- Manage MPP process according to regional guideline

- Over 10 years of digital marketing experience in leadership or management role from client-side or agency-side, solid experience in Finance, Banking, VB, Insurance or Performance Marketing agency.
- University graduate or postgraduate from Marketing, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics or related discipline.
- Strong business sense and people management skills who leads agile way of working.
- Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, tagging, campaign & funnel tracking, SEM, SEO, Retargeting, Programmatic Buy, Network Buy, KOL campaign management
