Are you an inspirational sales leader who strives every day to empower those around you? Can you engage C level decision makers from your customers and influence their buying decisions?

A global financial technology provider is looking to add a Managing Director to write the next chapter in their growth story which will include adding tens of millions of dollars to their top line. 

Our customer is a market leader in providing multi-asset class technology led solutions to global financial markets clients, benefiting the front, middle and back office.

On offer is the opportunity to lead North Asia with a view to stepping into the head of APAC role longer term.

As part of this role you will be expected to lead, develop and inspire a management team responsible for helping to achieve the businesses medium to long term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities in this role:

  • Act as the face of the business for North Asia and be a true leader who inspires everyday
  • Lead from the front – lead major deal opportunities within your region
  • Hire, develop and inspire your regional management team and continue to develop future leaders
  • Work with the global leadership team to ensure Asia objectives are aligned to the wider global vision
  • Ensure the region is outperforming sales and growth objectives

 

Requirements:

  • Be reputed as a first-class sales and business leader
  • A background in leading large-scale sales team within the technology, software or data industry
  • Experience having sold into banks, asset managers, hedge funds, insurance companies and other major FSI segments a major advantage
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is highly desirable
  • Experience leading regional or global P&L’s in excess of $50m
  • Capable of capturing the attention of colleague and clients alike
