An opportunity to deliver and maintain world-class office technology and manage overall Service Desk and Services Management Teams across Cloud Infrastructure and Applications. Design and re-engineer business services operations model to adopt Cloud environment and manage and monitor internal & external service providers to ensure quality service levels.
- You will implement a comprehensive business services operations support model.
- You will transform business services and service desk teams to adopt the latest digital, Cloud, AI architecture.
- You will advance the disaster recovery methodology on high availability zone failover and cross region disaster recovery arrangement.
- You will simplify the Operations Model and existing processes and procedures to ensure smooth and effective Cloud integration with on-prem model.
- You will manage performance, budgets and staffing arrangement, relationship with senior management and key service providers and stakeholders to enlist required support for the business services transformation.
- You will develop customer centric service-oriented team mindset and develop people in the team to maximize their growth
