Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.
Responsibilities
Identify and establish business strategies and annual business plan models for bank business to support bank’s overall business goals and directions.
Formulate business planning, strategies, propositions and tactical plans and facilitate the implementation of key strategic projects.
Define, plan and deliver business transformation projects in different business areas
Develop and maintain partnership with different stakeholders to ensure achievement of KPIs and continuous business growth.
Research and benchmark best practice in the market, seek new ideas from inside and outside the business and identify innovative solutions
Consolidate research papers, presentations and annual reports to support chairman office’s strategic decisions
Requirements
Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in Banking/ Financing industry
Good understanding of annual budget plan, strategic planning, product management, customer management or sales development areas.
Strong analytical, people management and communication skills
Possess strong portfolio and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to conceptualize and clearly communicate the analytical findings, both in writing and verbally.
Proficient in power point presentation
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
