Our client is a PRC based Financial Group. To cope with their expansion, they are now inviting high calibre to join their newly established Wealth Management Team.
  • Reports to the Head of Investment Banking
  • Build up the team to drive business to meet sales target
  • Covers both High Networth and Institutional clients

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional investment sales, advises and services to High Networth and Institutional Clients
  • Set up the team to achieve sales target
  • Formulate and implement business development plans in order to grow client base and AUM, and drive revenue
  • Liaise with business partners in order to acquire favorable business terms
  • Maintain professional and harmonious relationships with business partners in order to ensure smooth cooperation
  • Perform other sales management functions such as training, motivation, and performance appraisals, etc.
  • Ensure the conduction of business complies with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Maintain good relationships with client and handle complaints whenever necessary

 Requirements: 

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Wealth Management Sales (both High Networth & Institutional Clients) with sizable Financial Institution / private bank / securities firm
  • With proven sales performance and good sales network
  • Familiar with various investment products, especially equities, bonds, insurance and assets etc.
  • Good command of spoken Putonghua, Cantonese and English 
  • Excellent leadership to drive team members
