Key Responsibilities

  • Support Business HR activities such as new hire administration, recruitment and staffing activities reports.
  • Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening and selection for junior level positions.
  • Assist in licensing registration process.
  • Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the team.
  • Assist in ad hoc assignment as required.


Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 year of human resources experience in relationship management function.
  • Detail-minded, organized and able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant.)
