Your responsibilities will be:

•Perform a wide variety of record keeping and payroll processing activities to process monthly payrolls to include computing wage and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions, processing requests for pay-check advances and processing terminations

•Provide information to the employees by answering questions and requests regarding payroll and social legislation

•Maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.

•Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.

•Welcome new employees and explain working conditions & benefits at SWIFT

•Liaising with insurance broker and insurance providers for insurance renewal of all the APAC countries

•Communicate changes in the employee population to the insurance providers – perform data validation and check related invoices

•Benefits administration for the APAC countries

•Coordinator for training that held within the APAC countries

•Take part to any broader HR projects



•University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.



•At least 5+ relevant professional experience in a similar function within an international company

•Excellent knowledge of APAC Employment Law

•Excellent knowledge of Excel, and other MS Suites

•High integrity, confidentiality and discretion

•High level of accuracy, autonomy, customer orientation and team spirit

•Must possess strong analytical skills

•Experience in Information Technology industry will be an added advantage

•Experience in using SAP and Workday will be an added advantage


Professional knowledge and expertise:

•Strong communication skills, must be able to communicate with people at all levels and interact with a diverse group of individuals and personalities

•Open minded with flexibility and able to work under flexi desk environment

•Curiosity mindset
