Job Responsibilities

1. Develop institutional business opportunities across Asia, with a focus on Hong Kong, China, and other key markets, targeting insurance companies, government pension funds, and sovereign wealth funds (SWFs).
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients to secure new mandates and drive additional investments into existing funds.
3. Customize investment solutions to address the specific needs of both prospective and existing clients.
4. Contribute ideas for new products and services tailored to the assigned markets.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum of five years of experience in institutional sales within the asset management industry preferred.
2. Proven experience engaging with sophisticated institutional clients at a senior level.
3. Strong leadership and analytical skills, complemented by innovative thinking.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
