Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and convert institutional clients (UHNW, asset managers, family offices, corporates with crypto treasuries, banks, funds, etc.) to drive growth for the virtual asset investment funds
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company focus on regulated crypto strategies, stablecoin services, and digital wealth solutions.
Build and maintain deep client relationships; act as a trusted advisor on digital-asset market structure, regulation, and product fit.
Collaborate closely with trading, asset management, product, legal/compliance, and operations teams to deliver seamless client onboarding and ongoing service.
Prepare client proposals, presentations, term sheets, and RFPs; negotiate commercial terms within risk and compliance parameters.
Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and regulatory changes
Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue; maintain CRM records and activity reporting.
Represent company at industry conferences, client events, and networking forums across the region.
Ensure all sales activities strictly adhere to SFC regulations, internal compliance policies, and KYC/AML standards.

Requirements

Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) advantageous.
5+ years of institutional sales experience in financial services, preferably in virtual assets/crypto, or wealth/asset management.
Strong client connection within the global institutional investor community
Proven track record of originating and closing institutional business with measurable revenue contribution (AUM >10mil USD)
Strong understanding of digital-asset markets, OTC trading, custody, and/or regulated asset management products.
Familiarity with Hong Kong SFC regulatory framework for virtual assets is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; Mandarin Chinese highly preferred
Self-starter with commercial drive, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated, entrepreneurial environment.
