International Banking Manager - Wealth and Personal Banking

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an International Banking Manager.

 

Principal Responsibilities

 

  • Act as specialist in international banking products and service to support frontline staff in international business delivery
  • Conduct customer meetings, identify customer’s international banking needs and ensure quality international business & excellent level of service delivered to customers with strict adherence to Group standards
  • Raise frontline staff capabilities to widen international referral sources by driving promotions and seek new opportunities in generating new business to support WPB business growth
  • Support Senior International Banking Manager on development of business plan, associated processes or tools, for continuous improvement on client satisfaction and business outcome
  • Support Group’s initiatives, ongoing project-based tasks through International Collaboration with overseas corridors
  • Participate in different outreach International related events both internally and externally to drive business opportunities in WPB
  • Comply with all regulations of business objectives and operation guidelines

 

Requirements

  • University degree qualified with solid years of experience in customer experience/banking industry, preferably with international exposure and experience in supervisory level
  • Strong capabilities to identify clients’ needs and provide need-based solutions with high standard customer experience
  • Demonstrate high level international banking knowledge and understand international customers’ banking needs
  • Strong interpersonal and good presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Able to manage multi-tasking and committed to meet deadlines
  • Holder of relevant insurance and investment licenses
