Key Responsibilities

1. Support the end-to-end execution of Hong Kong IPO projects, including due diligence, drafting prospectuses, regulatory filings, and listing documentation.



1. Build and maintain financial models, conduct valuation analyses, and provide insights to issuers and investors.



1. Collect and analyze industry, market, and competitor data; prepare research reports to support transaction execution.



1. Liaise with issuers, lawyers, accountants, and other advisors to ensure smooth project progress.



1. Assist in preparing investor presentation materials and support roadshow and marketing activities.



1. Ensure all documentation and processes comply with Hong Kong Stock Exchange and SFC requirements.

Qualifications

1. 1–6 years of investment banking or related financial services experience; prior IPO execution exposure preferred.



1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.



1. Proficiency in Excel financial modeling and PowerPoint presentations; strong analytical capabilities.



1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese; ability to manage multi-party communication professionally.



1. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong teamwork spirit.



1. Familiarity with Hong Kong capital market regulations and listing requirements.
