To be a team member of Branch Distribution & Services Department
To provide professional support and coach branch marketing staff to meet their investment targets
To boost up investment sales, optimize sales capacity and effectiveness for retail investment business
To formulate and implement business strategies to support assigned regions meeting overall targets and generating extra investment fee income
To assist frontline marketing staff to identify suitable customers for marketing of products, prepare presentation materials to customers and build up business base
To participate in joint marketing calls with frontline marketing staff to act as investment product specialist
Requirements
University graduate, preferably with professional qualifications such as CFP or CFA
Minimum of 5 years' banking experience; prior experience as an Investment Consultant will be a definite advantage
Sound technical knowledge of asset allocation & investment products including equities, unit trust, bonds and treasury products, etc.
Pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer
Strong self-motivation, able to work independently and under pressure
Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Good understanding of relevant selling procedures, practices, rules and sales compliance requirements
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua
