Company Description

Our client, a top tier asset management company, is seeking a Junior Institutional Sales to support the expanding business in Asia region. 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain good business relationships with institutional clients primarily in HK and Macau
  • Promote the company’s investment capabilities to existing clients and prospects
  • Coordinate with research, product specialists and portfolio management teams based in HK and head office for pitching clients
  • Prepare marketing materials including RFP, consultant survey, factsheets, and presentation materials
  • Coordinate client portfolio review meetings and participate in client meetings
  • Handle client enquiries and manage daily client service and account management

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent working experience. CFA holder is well-regarded
  • Relevant 5 - 6 years of fund industry experience in institutional sales / client servicing Excellent written, verbal communication and proofreading skills in both English and Chinese
  • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
  • Solid knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated and flexible to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and strong skills in data research
  • Able to interact effectively with senior level management both internally and externally
