You will be aligning technology with business strategy and goals by being at the core of all project interactions. You will work directly with clients to gather requirements to analyze, design and implement technology best practice to enable business changes. You will be the experts both internally and externally for your deep functional and industry expertise, domain knowledge, and offering expertise.

Job Responsibilities

  • Acts as a bridge between business units, IT application developers and stakeholders
  • Ensures systems support conform to business needs and specifications
  • Provides support for modification and implementation of insurance systems
  • Assist in analysis phase of projects by gathering user requirements and documentation of business requirements
  • Able to lead Business users to define user acceptance tests (UAT)
  • Awareness and identification of business requirements, project benefits and costs to facilitate decisions on prioritization, scope and phasing
  • Support delivery team on development time clarification and work back with the client if solution has to be revised

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder of Computer Science, Information System Management, Business Administration, or Finance
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance/ Banking domain
  • Experience in group/life insurance application development would be an advantage
  • Agile Project Experience is a must.
  • Solid experience in business analysis on complex solutions and large scale project delivery
  • Proven track record on Digital project would be a big plus
  • Excellent communication skill, high proficiency in both verbal and written English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an added advantage)
