Job Provide loan operations & administrative support to the  team


 Assist the Department Head to develop new product lines, implement marketing plans and policies, and make recommendations to Management.

 Monitor the departmental business activities and evaluate individual, team and division performance.

 Assist to review and approve loan proposals prepared by subordinates on customer’s creditability and terms & conditions in accordance with the Company policies and delegated authorities.

 Assist to monitor the overall portfolio quality and recommend appropriate credit strategy to Department Head & Credit Committee. Make recommendation to Credit Committee for loan applications if necessary.

 Assist the Department Head to oversee daily activities and ensure an efficient operation within the department, and ensure high level of compliance in place.

 Assist to manage and develop the business network with dealers, referral agents, vendors, customers and insurance principals, negotiate and promote marketing programs for vehicle, mortgage and vessel finance businesses

 Assist to compile and review monthly marketing report and other management reports.

 Assist to manage the completion of structured deals, including documentation, reporting, coordination, etc.

 Support and participate in various ad hoc assignments or projects.

 Assist to review and monitor the operation efficiency of operations, underwriting and marketing teams, evaluate departmental workflow, pro-actively provide inputs/ suggestions for enhancement to optimize efficiency.

 Assist to monitor subordinates’ performance, coach and develop the subordinates to ensure the staffs have adequate training in executing assigned activities to excel the business objectives, give ethical training to ensure the subordinates adhere to the ethical standards and in compliance with the Company policies and regulatory requirements


 Min.Degree holder in business administration/accounting/finance/law

 Preferred: Major in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline

 Good knowledge in the industry, financial statement interpretation and credit analysis

 Strong problem solving, negotiation and analytical skill

 Good leadership, communication and presentation skill

 High integrity and initiative, good team-player, strong achievement drive, meticulous and able to work independently

 Good organizational and time management skills

 Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua is an advantage)

 Proficiency in MS Office application
