Job Description and Responsibilities


We offer excellent and exciting career development opportunities to staff who join our Financial Services Division which provides audit assurance and business advice to top-tier financial services clients.  The Hong Kong office has a wide range of financial services clients and provides support to significant financial services engagements in mainland China. 
 
As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will be:

  • You can expect to lead and develop a team of professionals varying in size; maintain good relationships with clients in order to provide quality assurance services, as well as to identify business opportunities.
     
  • Requirements
  • At least 6 years' audit experience specialising in Asset Management including minimum 1 year at manager level; excellent academics and relevant accountancy qualification (CPA or equivalent); IFRS and knowledge/ experience of US GAAP is preferable; broad ranging audit experience including planning, managing and completing a diverse range of engagements and committed to meet tight timelines; able to demonstrate strong analytical skills and organisational abilities; a proven record of establishing and sustaining strong client relationships and good interpersonal skills; proactive in responding to clients' problems and strong business awareness to maximise any possible business opportunities; strong leadership skills and highly motivated to coach and develop junior staff; flexibility in responding to the changing business environment and desire for continuous improvement.
