We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Change Management and Delivery .

Principal responsibilities

  • Carrying out detailed analysis with internal users and external clients in the Asia region or globally to capture all business requirements into Requirement Specification Document.
  • Work independently to ensure that a change request is in line with Group standards, risk control and organisational goals, and delivered in a cost effective way.
  • Communicate with internal support and development teams onshore and offshore and external vendors the requirement of the change projects to ensure the changes are delivered according to requirement. Review Design Specification, Functional Documents, Vendor work requests whenever applicable.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of Testing, documentation and training including writing Test Plans, performing User Acceptance Testing, preparing User Guides and Training material, support and operational documentations.
  • Control quality of change deliverables including User Acceptance Testing and client's experience of the changes go live.
  • Provide expert support, where appropriate to the business planning process including the contribution and analysis of new changes, process ideas and client on boarding.
  • Maintain an awareness of topical market issues, and in particular changes in best practice and legislation in financial services.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, project management, information systems or related disciplines.
  • Solid experience and understanding of the traditional and alternative investment industry and surrounding processes in Fund Accounting and valuation, Middle Office Trade Processing, Derivatives Management, Corporate Actions, Reconciliations, Cash Management, Transfer Agency, or Investment Compliance Monitoring.
  • Proven Change Management or Client On boarding experience with strong project experience applying proven methodologies, standards and tools in the preparation of analysis, Business Requirements, User Acceptance Testing, and deployments.
  • Excellent analytical skill.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must have strong process re engineering and problem solving skills, and be self directed.
  • Strong inter personal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines within a dynamic working environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English. Some positions may require proficiency in local Asia language.
