We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Customer Communications.

Principal responsibilities

  • ​Independently manage the development of product related form artifacts and collaterals to ensure smooth delivery and complied with all regulations
  • Implement product initiatives such as new product launch and product enhancement through defining scope of work, identifying key stakeholders, ensuring appropriate engagement, implementation, resolving project issues and delivery
  • Facilitate effective frontline sales process and backend operations with quality deliverables
  • Suggest improvements and escalate issues as and when operation issues are identified
  • Establish comprehensive product communications development processes and policies, and ensure support from all the key stakeholders for smooth implementation
  • Perform and maintain appropriate development progress status update to facilitate review and successful implementation
  • Ability to handle multiple projects within tight schedule and deliver in an organized manner


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business studies with a background in marketing or finance or insurance is preferred
  • Relevant experience in a marketing role, ideally has worked for a banking or financial institution with past track record in the development of product related form artifacts and collaterals to different customer segments via multiple distribution channels
  • Strong product knowledge in insurance and wealth management products
  • Proven analytical, planning and strategic management experience within a product, marketing and strategy function or equivalent
  • Proven experience of supporting to a diversified team with multiple objectives
  • Highly effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to influence and engage in a positive and inspiring manner
  • Ability to translate technical product offerings into customer friendly selling propositions
  • Strong communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English, is a must
