We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Distribution Governance .

Principal responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor distribution risk governance key performance indicators, including any deep dive analysis and risk metrics
  • Lead distribution related regulatory and internal governance projects, review relevant internal guidelines and provide gap analysis, act as a project lead on implementation and manage all deliverables
  • Ensure compliance on internal guidelines
  • Review and discuss with Regulatory Compliance on the interpretation of regulations and set the rules and solutions for the Company
  • Oversee and monitoring on project implementation and manage all deliverables
  • Proactively manage and communicate to key stakeholders including distribution and management on all key issues related to business lines in an effective manner
  • Lead and initiate discussion with various stakeholders, formulate remedial actions and post monitoring

  • University Degree Holder
  • Solid experience in financial services, particularly life insurance or wealth management products retailing to the mass affluent via multiple distribution channels
  • Proven experience of Insurance regulatory environment and industry practice
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent relationship building and senior stakeholder management skills
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to influence, engage and lead in a positive and inspiring manner
  • Good Organizational and Planning Skills Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Read and write in English and Chinese
