Our client, one of the well established leading banks is seeking a high-caliber candidate to join their team. A job description is as following : -


·         Be accountable for the Bank's card fraud and lending fraud risk

·         Lead the Card Fraud Risk Team and ensure complete and smooth daily operation of first line activities in relating to card and lending fraud risk

·         Work with businesses to define and manage the risk appetite and to ensure the fraud loss is closely being monitored

·         Lead the investigation of credit card, ATM card and unsecure lending fraud cases and feedback any control deficiency to businesses and fraud prevention for improvement

·         Develop the merchant fraud monitoring strategy and perform review of merchant onboarding, behaviours and training

·         Provide timely card fraud and lending fraud trend and MIs for both card issuing, card acquiring businesses, ATM debit card and unsecured lending

·         Work with Card Schemes to ensure proper compliance and escalation of issues to card scheme

·         Provide second line of defence advisory service and training for card and unsecured loan related products and projects as Risk Steward

·         Conduct fraud risk review and risk assessment of card and unsecured loan vendors

·         Provide fraud awareness training to relevant staffs



·         University degree or Diploma in business disciplines or related disciplines

·         Minimum of five years' banking experience with good understanding of bank products and services, experience in fraud risk management would be an advantage

·         Be proactive, vigilant and paying attentions to details

·         Good analytical mind

·         A team leader with good communications skills

·         Proficiency in both English, Chinese and Putonghua

·         Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
