We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Operations, Payment Services.

Principal responsibilities

  • Ensure offshore processing centers performance meet Service Level Agreement standard, both accuracy and service level.
  • Drive cost and productivity improvement on payment processing and investigations within Global Service Centres.
  • Act as escalation points for business, handle complaints and take remediate actions promptly.
  • Identify error reason and remedial action to prevent recurrence of errors.
  • Report issues promptly according to escalation procedure guideline.
  • Perform regular capacity planning based on volume and workload statistics.
  • Assess adequacy and effectiveness of ongoing oversight for outsourcing opportunity and manage the service provider up to the required standards.
  • Ensure that appropriate mentoring, advice and skill set transfer are provided.
  • Monitor operation issues and ensure policies, procedures and guidelines are thoroughly followed by Global Service Centres.
  • Proactive review and update procedures as and when required.
  • Manage operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting
  • Ensure control monitoring effectiveness for all critical controls.
  • Ensuring compliance of Group operating standards and audit requirements
  • Contribute ideas on new products and system interface requirements and ensure these are developed in parallel with maximum operational efficiency. Explore and drive cost savings initiatives for payment processes
  • Support business partners in their market proposition and proactively offer expertise solutions.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Payment operations and Straight Through Processing

  • Relevant experiences in banking and payment related fields
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

  • Excellent stakeholder managements and be able to operate independently
