Job Responsibilities:

(Corporate & Partnership Management)

• Support the internal parties in identifying, expanding, and executing strategic partnership initiatives
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to formulate targeting strategies and business development plans for key prospects
• Cultivate, manage, and deepen relationships with key corporate accounts and strategic partners to drive sustained engagement and business growth

(Marketing, PR & Communications)

• Support the planning, execution, and tracking of the overall Marketing & Corporate Communications master plan across all print, digital, PR, and video touchpoints
• Facilitate PR and external communications activities, including media relations support, press release drafting/distribution, media monitoring, and executive communications materials
• Develop and maintain brand image across digital platforms through strategic content management, social media, and integrated campaign storytelling
• Manage relationships with PR, advertising agencies, production houses, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of campaigns and marketing collaterals
• Serve as the brand gatekeeper ensure all marketing materials, public communications, and stakeholder messaging strictly align with internal guidelines; provide copywriting and proofreading support as needed
• Facilitate multi-stakeholder collaboration and internal alignment for review and sign-off processes
• Support the planning, organisation, and execution of ESG programs, staff volunteering activities (CSR), and key corporate events/sponsorships
• Coordinate, execute, and monitor the performance of marketing strategies, track campaign ROI, and manage the annual marketing budget effectively
• Maintain a strong, cohesive brand narrative across all online, offline, and PR channels

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in related disciplines with relevant professional qualification
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing & business development; relevant experience in areas such as ESG, CSR would be definitely an advantage.
• Tech-savvy with good understanding of digital marketing, including SEM, SEO, Facebook marketing, google ad, web analytics, web content management.
• Proficiency in product and marketing campaign development cycles; ideally in general insurance or/and banking industry
• Self-discipline with strong interpersonal, presentation and coordination skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
