We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Policy Servicing and Administration .

Principal responsibilities

  • ​Ensure effective process efficiency of overall Policy Administration and undertake other duties as may be required
  • Maintain high quality service standard expected of the HSBC brand in order to foster long lasting client relationships
  • Continuous to support life operating systems improvement, procedures and processes streamlining
  • Management oversight of outsourced policy administrative functions
  • Ensure compliance with all guidelines and other operational standards and procedures as well as relevant regulations and laws

  • ​University Graduate in Business Administration or Bachelor of Science
  • Solid experiences in Policy Administration
  • Familiar with Insurance Life Products
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent comprehension and ability in English, both spoken and written
