We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Treasury Service Delivery.

Principal responsibilities

  • ​Obtaining and collating change requirements from Businesses, Operational Teams, subject matter experts and other stakeholders
  • Gathering and analysing process data required for benchmarking, identification of best practices, design or deployment of business processes
  • Mapping of specific process information in line with inputs received from the design team Conducting process capability or monitoring studies
  • Evaluating the capability of the process to handle the planned transaction volumes
  • Supporting process deployment by conducting walkthrough of processes, gap analysis and facilitate smooth deployment
  • Supporting Securities Services Product Management, Relationship management, Account management sales and client servicing activities by providing input and through direct client participation where specific technical input is required
  • Leverage group wide service proposition strategies and tools to deliver quality, cost effective and consistent capabilities and ongoing servicing
  • Assist with the achievement of aggressive business targets and strategic plan objectives whilst maintaining a high quality of client service, mitigating risk and maintaining regulatory compliant status


Qualifications


Requirements
  • ​Degree Holder with experience in Banking Operations and Process Reengineering
  • Experience in Business process reengineering and strategic change projects, with expertise in business process management techniques or strong experience in operational risk management
  • Proven ability to think strategically and excel in negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills
  • Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with business partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, other languages an advantage
  • Proven ability to analyse complex data to identify trend and root cause
  • Full understanding, technical expertise and exposure to the Treasury suite of products of cash management, collateral management, execution and clearing services and securities lending
  • Highly motivated self starter and a strong team player
