HSBC Wealth Management leads the Asia-Pacific implementation of our global strategy to deliver world-class solutions to retail and private clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth. This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Wealth Products, Wealth Development .

Principal responsibilities

  • ​Contribute to planning, organizing, managing and controlling business projects
  • Contribute in formulating the business strategy and driving the tactics to achieve goals
  • Optimize all KPI performance including market share, segment penetration as well as customer experience effectiveness
  • Work on development of new products and the day to day management of existing wealth and lending products
  • Assist in formulae of different product and process solutions for various customer groups to maintain healthy mix of customer profiles
  • Manage product partnership to ensure HSBC customers have access to a reasonable range of competitive and good value products
  • Work closely with the Line Manager and will be accountable for managing the assigned wealth products and contributing to the business growth via product, platform and process development


Qualifications
Requirements
  • University degree
  • Proven product development or business strategy experience in investment financing, consumer lending, banking or other wealth product areas
  • Strong in mathematical and analytics skills
  • Ability to handle a multitude of initiatives and implementation quality
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions
  • Solid project management experience
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and communication skill
