We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Marketing Manager, Marketing Performance .

Principal responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery of projects and campaigns that are applicable to the areas assigned.
  • Providing marketing performance support to the local and Regional marketing teams, demonstrating a deep understanding of all areas assigned, working to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively, efficiently and consistently.
  • Identifying, developing on a set of consistent effectiveness measures that marketing teams will be asked to measure and report on.
  • Working with other teams within Global Marketing Commercial Banking and Global Banking Market, to understand the core measures at each key stage of the agreed process within Marketing
  • Set targets for the achievement of best in Group Marketing status and a phased plan to achieve or maintain Best in category over an agreed period.
  • Develop the Marketing Dashboard to provide visibility of efficiency, Return On Investment, effectiveness, brand metrics, multiple use of assets etc.
  • Identifying and analysing key datasets and reporting on market performance to contribute to overall marketing measures.
  • Follow marketing financial process, procedures and manage within the Marketing budget allocated.
  • Proactively identify plan risks and provide mitigating actions in the event of the unexpected influences e.g. competitor activity, economic and political events.
  • Anticipate and manage internal and external change defining the way in which it creates opportunities, or otherwise, and identify how marketing can affect this.

  • Degree level qualification in marketing or business studies preferred.
  • Broad business experience within a Financial Service based institution.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify strategic needs based solutions both now and in the future.
  • Experience and evidence of working within teams over multiple sites.
  • Proven understanding of Marketing Performance.
  • Commitment to putting the customer at the heart of all development activities.
  • Proven track record in operating with and influencing leadership teams.
  • Proven track record in self-motivation, drive and delivering success.
  • Strong understanding of communication developments and emerging consumer, business decision maker and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to work on multi-function projects demonstrating excellent relationship building skills.
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts.
