Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and timely customer service via phone, email and live chat
  • Provide accurate information about the financial products
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Manage relationships and act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate content across multiple social media platforms
  • Organize and contribute to all relevant marketing meetings with managers and vendors
  • Executive of high calibre marketing events and activities

Requirements
  • Degree qualified
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Proficient PC Knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Pro-active, mature, well-organised and an excellent team player
  • Able to multi-task, prioritse work load and work in a fast paced environment
