My client is a global fintech company support the front, middle and back office asset management community, including Order Management, Trade Execution & Analytics, Portfolio Analytics & Modeling, Compliance & Regulatory Reporting, Commission Management, Data Management and Portfolio Accounting. They partner with more than 2,000+ buy-and sell-side institutions in 30 countries across North and South America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.


  • Investigates, diagnoses and resolves escalated production support issues within their specific product domain
  • Replicates and documents software issues and collaborate with Product Management and Development
  • Leverages technical tools to troubleshoot and performance root causes analysis
  • Creates and utilizes best-practices for troubleshooting production support issues
  • Assists with delivering product training to teams directly interfacing with Clients
  • Services as a technical escalation point for urgent and impactful incidents
  • Provides technical resolution details in incident reports to enable client feedback and updates


  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in application support
  • Experience working in multi-cultural, fast pace, and high energy environment
  • Bachelors Degree preferred with a technical focus; Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS preferred
  • Technical expertise and proven problem-solving skills
  • Technical skills including¬†SQL, Shell Script, C#, log analysis, networking, proc dumps are a plus
  • Good communication skill, Chinese is a MUST, English is essential
