The ideal candidate will be well versed in working within an Agile environment that employs Test Driven Development. Full-stack experience in web technologies is desirable, in addition to hands on experience in a JVM based language.
Role:
- Build strong relationships with Front Office users and development teams, constantly seek to understand the challenges they face, in order to deliver quality systems
- Use your technical expertise to provide systems that improve productivity, reduce operational risk, enable growth and create harmony amongst the team
- Remain open and willing to adapt as requirements and priorities change in a fast-moving environment
- Be alert to new technologies and opportunities to drive change
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other related technical discipline
- A real passion for working in Agile and have exposure to quality disciplines such as, TDD and test automation
- Proven ability to successfully deliver quality, complex systems within a fast-moving environment
- Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders
- Knowledge in application architecture and design
- Ability to build robust user interfaces
