Our client is a private equity firm, they are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join their company on a temporary to permanent basis. Candidate with excellence performance will have chance converting to permanent employees.

Our client is a private equity firm, they are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join their company on a temporary to permanent basis. Candidate with excellence performance will have chance converting to permanent employees.

Key responsibilities

  • Take care of clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities;
  • Co-ordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency;
  • Organize orientation and on-boarding procedures of new staff members;
  • Maintain all office-related contracts and agreements;
  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and up-to-dated;
  • Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data;
  • Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures;
  • Co-ordinate schedules, appointments and bookings;
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory;
  • Review and approve office supply acquisitions;
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment;
  • Provide bookkeeping support for the office;
  • Provide HR & Administration support;

Requirements

  • Business degree or equivalent or high school diploma with minimum 2 years' experience
  • Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of basic human resources management practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of business and management principles
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software package
