Their department is currently looking for an Operation Officer (Project based) with focus in audit review, client documentation checking, clerical operation for private banking clients.

Job Description

• Ensuring operational processes adhere to internal policies and external regulations.
• Assisting in the execution of daily operational tasks and resolving issues efficiently.
• Coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless workflow and process optimisation.
• Monitoring and reporting on operational performance metrics.
• Supporting the implementation of new operational strategies and systems.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all operational activities.
• Providing administrative support to the Ops Department as needed.

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree holder of Business Administration or relevant discipline
• Relevant working experience in operation field within banking/ Financial Services sector
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Good speaking and writing skills in English and Chinese
