Description

  • Responsible for the definition, maintenance and review of the project management standards, processes, and reviews
  • Support the PMO review meetings and project reporting for milestones, schedules, budget control, risks and issues
  • Manage and facilitate portfolio management processes
  • Build capacity and improve the governance standards
  • Have a thorough understanding of project management tools and approaches to managing complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives and be able to perform qualitative assessments of projects.
  • Supply governance processes to improve information strategic plans, policies and guidelines to maximise the value of IT investments
  • Establish processes and tools to maintain a centralized project repository
  • Support PMO to consolidate, analyse, and monitor the project cost variances to ensure accurate tracking against the agreed budget



Requirements

  • Previous Project Management experience and PMO experience
  • Demonstrated experience of coordinating transformational or change projects in complex and challenging environments
  • Prior financial services experience highly desirable and prior technology experience highly desirable
  • Appropriate project management qualifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2 or PMI) and sound knowledge of project management tools (MS Project)
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of project and programme management
  • Strong English and Cantonese communication skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
