• Support Payment Operations and Remittance;
• Perform daily reconciliation and monitor outstanding issues;
• Prepare internal and external management reports;
• Ensure operational processes are in full compliance with the Bank’s policy and regulatory requirements;
• Support systems implementation, and participate in user acceptance tests ;
• Support any initiatives, new products, and new services.
• Degree / Diploma holder;
• At least 5 years' experience in payment operations within banking industry;
• Good knowledge of inward and outward TT, and SWIFT;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with both internal and external stakeholders;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Self-motivated and work independently.
