Job Description

Reporting to the Manager, Performance Management, this role is responsible for the financial management relating to Operations. Through establishing an effective in-country KPI tracking & robust cost management framework, this role aims at driving the productivity improvements, as well as making sure the team aligns with the business strategy from a quantitative perspective.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- ensure accurate & timely submissions for all In-country & Group cost related templates
- identify automation opportunities for the BAU tracking
- develop a robust internal monitoring & tracking platform
- collaborate with other teams in Banking Operations to drive productivity improvements
- work closely with Finance to ensure robust cost management

Qualifications and Skills

- solid years of experience preferably in Wholesale Banking sector
- thorough understanding of the financial management process
- fluent In written & spoken English
- expressive and able to communicate to stakeholders effectively
- able to work under tight deadlines and stressful environment
