Your new role

• Managing the KYC Periodic Review process to ensure that they are processed in adherence to the policy and procedures in a timely manner, i.e. face to face meeting requirements, PEP review, account change requests and transaction surveillance
• Managing numerous regular review cycles such as CIP Periodic Review, Singapore Accredited Investor (SGAI), Professional Investor (PI) and Investment Profile Questionnaire (IPQ)
• Assist with internal (Internal audit, Risk, AML & Compliance) and external audits and perform investigations and remediation
• Follow-up with Sales team on any missing documentation / account block and handle their daily queries
• Assist with global or local projects

What you'll need to succeed

• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin)
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent education or experience
• At least 1-2 years' professional experience in the Banking section, ideally in CIP (Client Identification Program) / AML / Transaction Monitoring / Client Onboarding or Maintenance.
• Knowledge of Client Identification Documents and KYC program is preferable. Knowledge of Sources of Wealth/ Sources of Fund is a plus
